Order Processing Times

Made-to-Order Jewelry

All custom and made-to-order pieces require a production time of 2–3 weeks (business days) before dispatch. Once completed, delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 business days depending on destination and courier.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery takes an additional 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

Diamond Affaire ships within the United States and to most international destinations worldwide.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, customs clearance processes, and local courier availability.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States;
  • All applicable domestic taxes and charges are included in the purchase price;
  • No additional fees will be charged upon delivery for U.S. orders.

International Sipping

Diamond Affaire ships to international destinations. For most international orders, applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges are included in the final checkout price. Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

In rare circumstances where additional charges are imposed by local authorities or courier partners beyond Our control, customers may be required to pay such fees directly. We will assist in resolving such situations wherever reasonably possible.

Tracking & Delivery

Customs, Duties & Delays

Diamond Affaire is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures;
  • Import restrictions imposed by the destination country;
  • Additional charges or duties imposed by local authorities in excess of what was included at checkout;
  • Delays due to force majeure events, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Refused or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or failure to accept delivery, the following costs will be deducted from any refund issued:

  • Original and return shipping charges;
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid on the shipment;
  • Any handling or processing fees incurred by Diamond Affaire.

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method. Diamond Affaire assumes no liability for losses arising from refused or unclaimed shipments.
