01. Ordering

1) How long will it take for my order to be processed?

As most of our pieces are made-to-order, please allow 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order is shipped. For ready-to-ship products, processing generally takes 5-7 business days. If you have a specific deadline or require expedited shipping, we may be able to assist.  2) Can I place an order over the phone?

We would love to assist you with your order! While our primary ordering method is through our website to ensure accuracy and security, we're happy to help guide you through the process over the phone. If you need any assistance or have specific requests, feel free to contact us, and we'll make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

 3) How do special orders or custom orders work?

 *4) Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards! You can easily purchase one for a loved one by clicking on the "Gift Card" option.

 5) Do you provide certification?

We provide third-party certifications for all-natural diamond products.

For lab-grown diamond products, IGI certification is provided for the center stone (soliatire) only.

 6) I have a question about my order.

 7) Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, of course! You can provide your desired message for the gift card in the "Special Instructions to the Seller" box during checkout.

 8) Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, we offer a free engraving service for up to 5 letters.

 9) How can I find my ring size?

To find your perfect fit, please refer to our ring sizing chart. For the most accurate measurement, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store to have your finger sized professionally.

 10) Do you provide any warranty?

All our products come with a 6-month warranty, except in cases of damage. The warranty is void if the item has been serviced or altered by third-party jewelers.

02. Shipping

1) How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Made-to-order Products: Processing time for made-to-order products is 2-3 weeks, with delivery taking an additional 7-10 days.

Ready-to-Ship Products: Processing time for ready-to-ship products is 5-7 days, with delivery taking an additional 7-10 days.

 2) International taxes and duties

We cover all customs duties and related taxes for orders shipped within the USA. For everywhere else, you may be required to pay VAT or import fees before your package is delivered. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

 3) Where is my order? I don't see any movement in my order when I track it.

Please note that UPS or similar reputed carriers may take 1-2 business days to update tracking information. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact us at thediamondaffaire@gmail.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

 4) Is the signature required upon delivery?

Given the value of your purchase, we require signatures for all orders over $500 to ensure safe delivery. We want to prevent any risk of your order being lost in transit. If you wish to waive this option, please contact us at thediamondaffaire@gmail.com.

 5) What if my order gets lost?

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us immediately at thediamondaffaire@gmail.com.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

6) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes. However, for orders over $500 that require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

03. Returns

1) What is your return policy?

Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ensure items are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

 The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

●Custom or personalized orders
●Made-to-order eternity bands
●Sale items

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition.

 2) What happens if I've passed the 14-day return/exchange time frame?

Returns made after the initial 14-day period are eligible for store credit only and must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

 3) How should I return my order?

For your protection, please return items in their original packaging, using an insured and trackable courier, and retain your receipt. Diamond Affaire is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. Kindly include a note with your name and invoice number. Please note that shipping charges for return items are non-refundable.

 4) Condition of return

All purchases must be returned in their original condition as received. Items that are used, damaged, or scratched are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure that all returns are sent back with the original packaging.

 5) How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also confirm the issuance of your refund. Please allow 1-3 business days for this process.

 6) Am I able to return anything I purchase from your website?

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

●Sale items

 Everything can be retuned or exchanged.

 7) Who pays for shipping on the return/exchange?

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For exchanges and resizing, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs in both directions (to and from us).

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

1) How can I figure out my ring size?

Ordering a ring can be challenging if you're unsure of your size. While visiting a jeweler provides the most accurate measurement, you can also measure your finger at home. For assistance, please refer to our Ring Size Guide.

 2) What if my ring/purchase does not fit?

We are pleased to offer one complimentary resizing for any item purchased from us. However, please note that certain items, such as Eternity Rings, cannot be resized.

05. Reward Program

1) What are Diamond Affaire rewards?

As a member of our Rewards program, you can earn points, exclusive rewards, and birthday coupons. Points can be redeemed at any time, except during sales events. For more details, please visit: (need to add link of reward page)

 

2) How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your earned points is simple—just apply them for a discount at checkout. Please note that points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with sales events, other promotions, or discounts. Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash payouts. They must be used as partial payment toward products purchased on the website.
