All shipments are fully insured, trackable, and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry.

For International Customers:

  • United States: Customs duties are covered by us.
  • Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, and clearance charges may apply according to your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our pricing and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Do you provide third-party diamond certification?

Yes, we offer third-party certification for selected diamond pieces from respected gemological laboratories such as IGI, HRD, IDGL, GIN, and SGL.

If you would like certification included with your purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can assist you accordingly.

3. Do you accept rush orders?

We do accommodate rush orders depending on availability and production timelines. Kindly reach out to us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

  • Rush orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
4. Are your diamonds natural?

Yes. All diamonds used in our listed pieces are 100% natural and untreated. We do not use lab-created diamonds unless specifically requested.

We are happy to create pieces using lab-grown diamonds upon request—please contact us for details.

All our jewelry is crafted in solid gold as described. We do not use plated or gold-filled materials in our fine jewelry collections.

Absolutely. We welcome custom and personalized projects—whether you wish to recreate a cherished design or bring a new idea to life.

Kindly note that all custom and personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
