Return & Refund Policy Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Diamond Affaire accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations, and issues refunds. By placing an order on Our Website, You agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

To initiate a return, You must contact Us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to Us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

 

Important: Returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund. However, a return received within 30 days of delivery may be approved for store credit only, at Our discretion.

Eligibility for Returns

 

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders (engraved, monogrammed, or bespoke pieces);
  • Made-to-order eternity bands or any custom-sized ring;
  • Resized items;
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items;
  • Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party.

 

Return Process

All returns must be pre-authorized by Diamond Affaire before shipping. To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us at thediamondaffaire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery;
  • Provide Your order number, item description, and reason for return;
  • Await written authorization and return instructions from Our team.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. Diamond Affaire is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Refund Processing 

Once the returned item is received, We will inspect it and notify You via email of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges;
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes;
  • Any additional handling fees incurred.

Damaged or Defective Items

If Your order arrives damaged or defective, You must:

  • Notify Us within 48 hours of delivery;
  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging;
  • Include Your order number and a description of the issue.

We will assess the situation promptly and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Us at thediamondaffaire@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours, or after production has commenced on a made-to-order piece, cannot be accommodated. In such cases, Our standard return policy will apply upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable.
