My ring came out different than the design. I contacted the seller and we came to a reasonable resolution. Overall I'm satisfied with the seller commutation and quality of the ring.

I hesitated to leave a review because Sumati was so wonderful in helping me. I absolutely love the ring. Wonderful. For some reason, every time I order something that comes from India, I have major problems. I'm not even sure that the people selling things from India know how awful the customs problems are in that country. They lie and tell the seller that they already asked me for the custom's fee. It took way longer than they promised to get it. Make no mistake, the ring is fabulous and my "Forever" ring and Sumati did everything in her power to try to help me get it in a timely manner. The Indian customs agency needs a Complete overhaul. That part was a nightmare. I do love the ring and received amazing help for Sumati. Thanks
